Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancelation fee will be charged for last minute cancellations (not made before 24hrs). 100% of your service cost will be charged to card on file for “no shows”. A “No Show-No call” will also result in being banned from booking. Please be sure to call or text 24hrs prior to your appointment If you need to cancel or reschedule. Lastly, if you are more then 15 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged for the service.
